How does TrueWealth assemble the talented people needed to serve our clients? It starts with a rigorous hiring process, where 100 candidates often result in a single selection. Then there’s a comprehensive on-boarding program; formal and on-the job training; coaching to facilitate ongoing performance management; and financial support for CFP® education. The result?

  • Unique and common qualities. Members of the TrueWealth team bring singular strengths to the firm, applying their special abilities to fulfill our mission. At the same time the group of individuals has much in common: positive, professional outlook; strong communication skills; and true passion for helping others meet their goals.
  • Excellence continually improved. TrueWealth advisors, associates and support professionals pride themselves on an exceptional culture, and best-practice planning and implementation. They aren’t so proud, however, to rest on their laurels. The team strives continuously to improve all they do.
  • Stability and growth. All of our leadership team has been actively involved in the firm (or its predecessors) for ten years or more. To keep up with growth, we add the equivalent of one new client service team (three employees) every 18 months. New team members join as Associates, handling administrative needs. Later they transition to a Support Advisor role where they become proficient in financial planning. Next, as Certified Financial Planners®, they become Wealth Advisors, leading the team and managing the client relationship with an insightful, ground-up perspective on the business.
